Project case study
One completed project, explained clearly for your website, proposals or tender material.

| Formats | A designed 2–3-page PDF in the standard Totenda layout, an editable Word document and a 100–150-word summary. |

| Timing | First draft within five business days after complete inputs are received. |
Supply the project brief, scope, dates, supporting records and any approved photographs. You check the draft for factual accuracy and permission to publish. Claims stay within what the material supports.
Covers one completed project. Extensive custom design, engineering diagrams, website publishing and full tender responses are outside this package.

Research and tender preparation
A fixed-scope initial assessment for a supplier considering a market or preparing for a bid. The work supports your internal decisions and preparation.
| Focus | One agreed business model or target market, with the research question confirmed before work starts. |

| Research | Up to three buyers or opportunities in total, plus up to three comparable contract awards, using available public information. |
| Document review | Up to five supplied documents, totalling no more than 50 pages, agreed at the start. Relevant material may include your capability statement, project records or a tender brief. |
| Assessment brief | A 4–6-page brief with source references, findings, evidence gaps and recommended next steps for commercial decisions and bid preparation. |
| Handover and revision | One handover call and one consolidated revision. |
| Timing | Initial brief within five business days after complete inputs are received. |
Supply your research question, target market or business model and the agreed documents. Where public information is incomplete, the brief identifies the gap rather than filling it with an assumption.
Internal research, bid preparation and commercial advice only. The assessment does not include a complete tender response, legal or technical certification, or contacting government to influence decisions. Any such government contact would require a separate agreement after applicable clearances and registration requirements are met. No government access, influence or contract outcome is promised.
